What do Domain Names cost?
Domain names in the .au (Australian) name space can be registered for a 2 year licence period, no longer and no less.
The licence period for domain names outside Australia can vary from 1 to 10 years, but beware of operators offering to register your domain name for long periods as they must still be operating in the future for this to be of benefit to you.
