Hosting Specifications
To ensure optimal performance our hosting is on web servers that are located in state of the art data centres in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth (we do not use overseas servers). Customers are allocated to one of the 3 data centres based on their account level and hosting requirements.
Specifications at each of the 3 data centres vary based on the account level in use but our servers are always top shelf high specification machines.

- Server clustering and load balancing for the best performance available.
- High speed links through suppliers such as Telstra, Optus, Swiftel & Connect. These connections are diversely routed for highly redundant connectivity.
- Hourly back-ups.
- Raid storage arrays.
- Onsite diesel generators for backup power.
- Hardware firewalls and port blocking.
- High level security controls with restricted access.
